Brittany’s ships
The ships I really enjoy are usually non-canon (with the exception of Bulma and Vegeta, Krillin and Android 18 (one of my absolute favourites), some however may not even make sense in the main storyline of different shows. Like for example, Frieza and Yamcha. The reason people actually started shipping them is because of a video game called Fighter Z. In the game, there’s an interaction between the two characters where he Frieza calls him “handsome and sensible”. Frieza in canon, is a tyrant, doesn’t show any interest in any of the characters at all unless it’s to his benefit (like Broly for example, but well that backfired in the end). Though the ship is quite funny and adorable because it’s basically just a regular guy and an elegant alien emperor together.
It just humbles Frieza just a little bit and it really is just for laughs at the end of the day.

note: these are just my opinions + I find shipping/multishipping fun, but I don’t take it super seriously, it’s just for fun:)
I mostly like matching characters that I think their personalities would fit together well/ or contradict each other in a good way (for example, silver and Amy’s similar personalities, or sonic and shadow’s differences mixing together) but also their colours, whether similar, opposing or if they go well together (for example, Silver’s white fur opposes Shadow’s black fur, Sonic’s blue fur goes well with Knuckles’ red fur, and Amy’s pink fur goes well with Blaze’s purple fur)
