NGE.3 : collaborate effectively
Level: 6-8
Like the level description, I followed established norms, chose and identified my own role and divided the work, contributed, stayed on task and up to date.
The reason I’m not at the next level, which is 10 in my case, is because I don’t tend to call out other people’s performances when I feel like I’m mostly the one doing the work/organizing everything (not in this project specifically, I just mean in general, like in high school or other courses). But other than that, I do have some qualities for level 10, such as expressing ideas and supporting/helping others when they need help.

Generate ideas for a design project
Current Level: 4
The reason I believe I am a lvl 4: I can generate ideas to solve problems using design principals and I can use different methods to help me overcome my creative blocks when coming up with ideas for creative projects. For example, I create moodboards and compile images that I would like to use.
My setbacks: I have trouble developing clear goals because I tend to change my mind quite frequently and it usually happens mid-project.
How will I get to the next lvl?: Even if I am not fully satisfied with a certain outcome, I won’t stress myself over one thing and rather look at the big picture. I will work on committing to my ideas.
